WHAT IS PTE?
PTE is Pearson Test of English which is a computer based exam. PTE is academic English language test for the non-native speakers of English. The test provides an accurate measure of a test taker's English language proficiency to ensure success.
PTE is two-hours computer based test, which analyses all the four skills --
Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing.
PTE is recognised by more than 74 countries such as Australia, UK, USA and Canada etc.
PTE is required for the people who wish to go to abroad for study, work and immigration purposes.

WHICH COUNTRIES ACCEPT PTE?

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PTE AND IELTS!
PTE is conducted by Pearson which is completely computer based exam. One of the main advantages is that here in PTE, there are few question types which are integrated. Integrated means test takers get scores in more than one modules at same time performing in a single question type.
Other benefits are test takers are not supposed to wait for 15 to 20 days to get their results. They get their results within 48 hours of taking exam.
IELTS ( International English Language Testing System) is conducted by British Council, IDP and Cambridge English Language Assessment. IELTS has two versions for different purposes:
● Academic for Study purpose.
● General for immigration purpose.
●Whereas PTE has only one version of exam which is valid for both Study purpose and Immigration purpose as well.
PTE and IELTS have four modules --
● Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing.
● There's no integrated question type in IELTS.
